RETURN POLICY

To ensure a hassle-free return experience, any unwanted product must be returned within 10 days from the delivery date of your PePo Fitlife order. For eligible returns, to receive a full refund, all items must be unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them, complete with their original packaging.

Please note that if an item is returned damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we regretfully won't be able to issue a refund. All returned items are thoroughly inspected upon receipt.

We highly recommend using postal tracking services or a service that insures your package's value as PePo FitLife cannot be held liable for products lost in transit.

Once we receive the returned product(s) within the specified timeframe, we will carefully inspect them to ensure they are in new condition. After the inspection process, we will promptly notify you via email regarding the returned product and proceed with your exchange.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

Currently, we exclusively offer delivery services within the UK and regretfully do not provide international shipping.

 

How do I return an item?

 

Following your purchase, kindly initiate the return process by emailing us all the necessary order details. Please note that the return window spans 10 days from the date of your order placement.

How do I track my order?

 

Upon shipping your order, you will receive an email with the subject line "Your Order is on its Way," along with a tracking link enclosed within the email for your convenience.

 

What are your delivery options?

 

We offer two delivery options: the standard 3-5 days delivery and the expedited 1-2 days delivery, with the latter incurring an additional cost due to its faster service.
